How do I donate to your cause?  Is my donation tax-deductible?

By choosing to donate to Gods Real Miracles today, you are taking an active role in efforts to help promote Christianity, protect our children, bring God's wonders into each home, and recover the amazement that God deserves.  Please click on the Donations button to make a one-time or monthly contribution.

We are not a nonprofit organization so donations are not tax-deductible.

I would like to purchase some of your miracle shirts. What payment methods do you accept?

You can order from GodsRealMiracles.com with a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, or with a GodsRealMiracles.com Gift Certificate.  We use a VERIFIED SECURE SHOPPING CART and are fully PCI compliant so you can be sure that your order information and credit card details are secure. 

What name will appear on my credit card bill?

The name on your credit card bill will be Holy City Media, LLC.

These are some of the most common solutions to ordering problems.

           Make sure when entering your credit card information that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account.

           Enter the expiration date in the correct format

           Check the quantities/style/sizes ordered.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?

We ship via U.S. Postal Service by Priority Mail or First Class Mail with tracking number.  Packages are generally dispatched within 2-6 days after receipt of payment. If you prefer delivery by another carrier, an additional cost may be applied, so please contact us if you would like to choose another method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.  Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please email us with your location and we will get it fixed.

How do I track my package?

You will be provided with a Tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order.

I was sent the wrong shirt / I was sent a defective shirt.

If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us with your order number and specifics.

In order to return an item, you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Contact us in order to obtain an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. Ship back to us with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  RMA codes are valid for 7 days only.  If you do not send the product back to us within 7 day, we will not be able to accept it or refund your order.

How can I make a change to my order?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

Can you send me a catalog?

Currently, we do not offer catalogs and only sell via our online store.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email us and we can confirm that the order was placed.

What is your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. We can not be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are printed.
